I have recently told that I have Degenerative Joint Disease in my right knee and I have been told that there is nothing eles that can be done for my knee and I just have to live with it. I wake up with pain and go to bed with pain that sometime make me just want to cry what should I do about it and how bad will it get worse for me I am only 41 years old please help me.

Hi, I'm new and going for the first time to the doc next week. i know something is wrong with my knees... they collapse.. there is a crunching sound and my right knee is hard to bend if I try to sit on it. I'm only 40..turning 41 in December.. what the hell????
