Hi, as i know taking ingredients below might be good for relieving from Rheumatoid Arthritis

Flaxseed contains essential fatty acids which reduce inflammation. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that can help protect joints from the free radical damage. Niacin may assist in antioxidant functions and is needed for proper circulation. Selenium is an essential mineral which helps build antioxidant enzymes in the body. Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis may be Zinc deficient. Zinc is needed to boost immunity, and protect against free radicals. Copper acts as an anti-inflammatory agent needed to activate superoxide dismutase (SOD), an enzyme that protects joints from inflammation. Supplement with Manganese may increase SOD activity. Ginger may help indirectly to relieve pain by reducing inflammation and by lowering the body\\\\\\\'s level of natural pain-causing compounds. Betaine HCl is a source of hydrochloric acid, a naturally occurring chemical in the stomach that helps digest protein and hence reduce food-allergy reactions. Asian Ginseng and Licorice may relieve inflammation. Vitamin C is required for formation of connective tissue and skeletal system and it plays an important role in maintaining proper immune function. Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis may be partially deficient in Pantothenic Acid. Supplemental DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) has shown therapeutic benefits in patients with autoimmune disease, which causes inflammation of connective tissue, particularly joints. Bromelain is an enzyme that has anti-inflammatory properties.
