There seems to be a bit of a breakthrough in treatment using botox Anyone been treated this way?

I received botox injection for overactive bladder on June 22. As of this date I still have not been able to void at all on my own and must use a catheter three times a day to empty my bladder. Is there any medication, way or procedure available to restore bladder function? Do I have any hope?
