cost of botox

Does anybody know the cost of botox for the bladder in Western Europe? I know that it is free in my own country but there is a bit of a wait. Are there trials still going on in Western Europe or have they stopped now?

In the USA the cost of a 100 unit vial is $505 USD from the manufacture, there is mark up after that.
