Hi John
I had cryotherapy which caused some stress incontinence and I did pelvic floor exercises for about 9 months and got things under control.
However I had to have another TURP job and this caused even worsr incontinence due to damage to the sphincter muscle.
I have since had urodynamic tests and consultant has recommended fitting an artificial sphincter.
