incontinence after colposuspension surgery

I had colposuspension surgery early in dec. 2007. Since that time I have had to continue to wear pads.
I have some incontince at times when I sneeze, but when I laugh very hard, I lose large amounts of urine. It usually soaks the pad that I have on. Anyone else with this problem? Any solutions to this? I am in early 50's and am afraid I will have this problem forever.
