medication side effects

A newbie here with a question about medication side effects. I take flomax and was on detrol. I was switched from detrol to vesicare. After the second day of taking the vesicare I developed hundreds of what appeared to be small blood spots on the top of my feet. There is no itching and the spots look more like a rash this morning. Has anyone else experience this?
