I am an adult female who was in very good shape about 4 years ago, since my new job, I've gained about 30 pounds. I am currently taking a weight loss drug called phentermine. It works very well, I think, but the only problem I have is that when I take it I can go a whole day without eating a thing. That doesn't bother me unfortunately but I know it's not healthy, what should I do?

I'm losing the weight fine but how can I lose the inches as well? Any advice would be great.
