I was diagnose few years back with bladder sphincter dyssynergia and I was put on "flomax" since then, about 5 month ago I got a terrible STD when my condom broke while penetrating a sex worker, my whole bladder start to swell, I fought the STD with little success so far, I took 7 days of doxycycline with 1g of ciprobay, when that didn't workd i saw a urologist few days later he put me on 10 days doxycycline, 15 days ciprobay, 5 days flagyl after examining me and discovering swollen parts in my testicles, that also didn't work, and i am still fighting.

the reason i am posting this is because of the fact that since that infection, when I take flomax it make my blood pressure go high, and when i stop it my blood presure goes down.

What can be the cause of that reaction? Any information welcomed.
