wire localization open surgical biopsy of left breast

I am scheduled for this proceedure tomorrow morning 1/23/08 I want to know if anyone else out there has had this and what amount of pain is involved in getting the wire inserted and then the actual biopsy? I am very nervous. I do not do well with pain at all. My anesthesia will be MAC whatever that means. I hope someone can help with this information. Thanks.
