Breast Cancer

hey everyone,
I am 20 years old and have a bit of scaling( I am not sure what to call it) on both my breasts around the nipple also i think due to the scaling i can feel irritation sometimes. though the scaling is not widespread but it still is there and the skin has become black in colour where the scaling is and on removing the scales it comes out as transclusent skin and sometimes the scales dont come out and if tried too hard the skin clots. i am really really scared. am i not too young to have breast cancer??? I even had my periods after 13 years of age. Please guide me.
