Cervical Cancer

My concern is about cervical cancer and pregnancy. My daughter-in-law is 19yrs old, has cervical cancer stage 3, she had my grandson in April of 2008 and found out she had cancer in June of 2008, he is 9mos. old. My daughter-in-law found out she is pregnant again, she only has had maybe 3 radiation treatments back in September of 08, she has had no care since, she has been in denial, the cancer has spread to her kidneys, bladder, blood stream,lymph nodes, vulva, the docters beleive she got hpv when she was raped at the age of 14yrs. I do not know what to do she has blood in her urine, feces, and is passing kidney stones she has a hard time urinating and having bowel movements. I am open to any advice and support, I am not exactly sure what she and our family are facing!
