5 colposcopys, 1 leep

I had my first abnormal pap about 8 years ago, which i ignored and went about my life like nothing.
Then in 2003 I had another abnormal pap and had my 1st colposcopy which I found out that i had high grade or severe dysplasia. A LEEP shortly followed that and my doctor said all was clear, and the few follow up procedures showed it was removd with the leep procedure.

Well I have to say that I understand how you feel, and am so thankful I found this site because I just found out that I have to get the LEEP procedure after my colposcopy results came back with an area of high grade abnormal cells. I am so nervous and don't know what to expect. I have no idea what I am in for with all of this and it seems like you have been going through it for some time. As I always say sometimes it really stinks being a woman. I'm 20 and am starting to find out about all this stuff now. I hope everything clears up for you. Do you have children yet?
