Here I am three years later. I now have a two year old and in great health. I get yearly pap-smear checkups and so far everything comes back normal. So to those who are living with this and are scared there is hope....Read the full article

I think that is great news and congratulations! My situation is similar except 2 years ago, I had conical biopsy on my cervix (no pre cancer found in pathology final report) along with laser ablation on my upper vagina/there were pre cancer cells in that area. Now it has come back and the doctor is recommending a partial hysterectomy ( upper 1/3 of the vagina, uterus and cervix). I still want to be able to have kids so I am not sure what to do. I can opt for the other procedure (same one I had 2 years ago) but I am not sure how large of a risk I am taking (seeing that it came back). Any thoughts or words?
