I received my Pathologic Diagnosis which states A. Leep: SEVERE DYSPLASIA (CIN III) WITH HPV CHANGE. COMMENTS: CHANGES OF HIGH GRADE (MODERATE) DYSPLASIA ARE SEEN AT THE ECTOCERVICAL MARGIN.
What does this mean? My doctor stated that I needed to wait 3 months before going in to do another pap smear?
