Cervical Dysplasia

Right after a had my 2nd child I was diagnosed with cin III. I just went through the LEEP. The doctor told me I would need to have a pap every 3 months for the next 2 years. I went for my first pap since the procedure and I already got a call. The only reason for them to call is because the pap came back abnormal already. I don't understand, they said they got all the cells with the LEEP. How could it come back so quickly? What is the next step? I do have 2 children already however I am only 28! I am confused and scared at this point. I don't want to here the dreaded "H" word!! Does anyone know what the next step is??
