I Had an abnormal pap and an HPV test. It came back with results of high risk HPV She did a colposcopy/ biopsy with the result of Mild Dysplasia. She suspects that I have Adenomyosis, because of all the symptoms that come with my monthly cycle. I've got two boys and already have my tubes tied. I had to have an ovary removed during my tubal. My doctor is leaning to a partial hysterectomy (just my uterus). I want to know if anyone else has other "female" problems in addition to the cervical dysplasia and what procedure or treatment you've undergone or are planning to have for dysplasia. My mom did the laser treatment and then later on had a hysterectomy anyway. I really don't want to do both. Any suggestions? & does anyone else feel depressed after finding out even though it's mild? I feel bed for feeling bad. i should be happy that it's not cancer, right?
