Cervical Dysplasia

I am a 26 year old who has never had an abnormal pap. Last year, March 2007, I was free and clear. Now, a year later I have severe dysplasia that extends into the endocervical canal. Is this a normal progression? It seems to me that it is very aggressive and very fast moving. I just want to know if anyone else has experienced that...going from nothing to CIN III in just one year.
