Cervical Dysplasia

Eight years ago I had dysplasia removed by laser surgery. I just had a baby boy in July and four months before I had him I had an abnormal pap. My doc couldn't do the biopsy following the colposcopy because of the pregnancy. A few months later I had my tubes tied. Only a few weeks after my follow- up appointment a colposcopy and biopsy was done. I go to get the results tomorrow. I have been so worried because I have been having bloody discharge, abdonimal and back pain, and a very peculiar odor. I am scared that it is cancer. Should I be worried.
