What is the treatment for Cervical Dysplasia?

My daughter in law has been diagnosed with Cervical Dysplasia She is scheduled for a cone biopsy soon. I read that 70% of mild dysplasia goes away on it's own while the other 30% can be cured. I would like to know how this is done.
