A nurse I spoke with said to wait 6 weeks. That seems like a long time to me. I am currently taking a multi, a mushroom blend, liquid chorophyll as well as milk thistle. I also take cod liver oil and coconut oil. After reading articles on this site, I feel comfortable adding COQ10. My diet is mostly organic, whole grains and veggies. Ideas? And thank you for creating this space.
