What is the best chemo for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck?

There is no "best" chemotherapy for head and neck cancer. Chemotherapy is
used for different treatment goals in this disease. You would need to be more specific in regards to the stage and location of the disease so that the answer can be more specific. Thank you for using oncologychannel and good luck.
