Can prolonged chemotherapy adversely affect the kidneys?

Can complications arise 10 years after chemo?

Most chemotherapies do not affect the kidneys. However, platinum,
methotrexate and ifosfamide can have acute affects on the kidneys. I have
not heard of there being long term side effects related to the kidneys which
develop years after exposure. Thank you for using oncologychannel and good
