my mom was diagnosed with sm. cell lung ca in 8/2001. she has been taking chemo treatments since 9/01 to present. the first chemo was etopiside and cisplatin taken from 9/01 to 12/01 and then changed to adriamycin and cytoxan from 12/01 to 5/01. the treatment from 9/01 to 12/01 help reduced the tumor to about 1 inch in size. what is the difference between the differnet types of chemo that she has been given?
