My dad has a recurring tumor on this right upper thigh. He has undergone 6 doses of chemotherapy and 6 weeks of radiation. Now that the tumor has grown in size, the doctor says it can't be treated. I don't really believe that it can't be treated. First of all, I have some doubt with the chemotherapy drug that the doctor used. He said he has given the drug that usually treats ovarian/uterus cancer for women. What if the doctor gave the wrong kind of chemo drug to my dad? To your knowledge, is there another chemo drug that should of been given to my dad?
