Feeling very Tired also have a cold.

Post a new topicby patriciarose on Tue Sep 09, 2008 12:40 pm

Need some advise on whether or not to heed my tiredness after a night's sleep. I want to just rest and not do anything cause I have a sinus cold and achy all over. Just want to sleep, Is this okay to do so during the day? Or anytime when I need the sleep or rest when my body is saying it just wants not to do anything cause i feel crappy. I also have fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, insomnia, T2 diabetes, and IBS.....and don't want anymore!

Just want some confirmation that when I am feeling crappy do I pay attention to my body and rest without feeling guilty?

Please send some relief soon!
Thank you kindly, pat....:(
