Chronic Pain

i have constant angonizing pain in both forarms and also hands. i have a lot of scar tissue and damage to my arms from almost going through a windshield in car accident in 1995....since i have nothing but pain.......doctors don t care or cannot find out why......the best i get from neurologists is that i have to learn to live with it.............they say surgury will make more scar tissue and make it worse.....how can these doctors tell me to liove with it....i cant it drives me crazy.....anyone else in the same boat with useless doctors?????and no answers??????
