Wrist Pain Help

I am a 29 year old male with a right radius fracture from a fall I took in 2004 I had outer pins for 6 weeks and the dr. said the pins didnt hold so they put a plate and some screws in my wrist this is my question I have been to numbers of specialist for I cant do a push up with out severe pain shooting up my wrist for 4 years now since I had the surgery I have limited mobility and I am a recovering methadone addict but I take this Subutex instead it does not help my pain one bit I can take 90 mg of codeine and do 10 push ups and function normally and not get addicted to the lesser potent subtance but what do I do in this situation I need full mobility of my wrist any drs out there reading this my email is [moderator note: e-mail address has been removed] and if you know a way to help me in this endless battle please email me take care
