Dear Doc,
I am living in a tropical country where temperatures have soared upto 40 degree Celsius. It gets tough facing these high temperatures but I have read that it is good for depression Is it so?

While sunlight and the outdoors seem to help with mood, I am unaware of any evidence concerning high tempretures.
