Dear doc,
What are general instructions regarding ones work in mild to moderate depression?

The best general instructiions are to do what you can succeed at and avoid what you will fail at.

I have had patients use the family and medical leave act to take some time off or miss a few days here and there. Human Resources at your empoyer would know the details.
