Post a new topicby hjklop0 on Thu Jul 30, 2009 12:55 pm

I have a diagnosis of ASAP Atypical small acinar proliferation on the right lobe of my prostate. I am 54 years old.
A triple immunostain shows absence of basal cells (p63 and 34BE12 negative) and weak luminal AMACR staining.
Can anyone tell me:
1- what is p63 and 34BE12 negative??
2-weak luminal AMACR staining.??
3- absence of basal cells??

Thanks for your answers.
