Diagnostic Tests

I am currently having right sided facial spasms for 3 days, I also have a grose taste in my mouth, the right side of my lips numbness, my right ear hearing intinsify's and at times almost can't hear out of it, my right leg is weak, in the past year i have woken up with the most intense burning in both of my hands only a few times that lasted for hours, my labs showed increased mcv as well as 2 different types of white cells also enlarged, episodes of hyperglycemia at times for weeks then it disappears, tachycardia sometimes for days, htn at times, well i have seen several specialist without a dx, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..........thank you

If you have seen multiole specailists with out an answer I doubt the Internet will be much help. I am no neurologist but it sounds like it might have something to do with trigeminal neuralgia, good luck
