Hello, I am 20 years old and I am very concerned about a problem I have.
When I got an erection today I noticed that I have an inflamation under the gland, it is very big and even now that 1 hour has passed the inflamation still continues, it doesnt hurt but wont go away.
A month or so ago I noticed blood in my sperm, I also saw there was a wound in the channel that carries the sperm. I havent experienced anymore bleeding or pain so I decided to forget about it.
Other symtpoms I dont know if related are frequent urination for the past year or so, but not too freqent to make me worry so I didnt go check up at the doctor.
Any information about this will be of great help, thank you in advance.

With out being able to examining you there no way to tell what is going on. The blood in the semen is usually not worrisome, You should see a doctor
