I had been masturbating for years, ever since childhood the very first time I might have had a feeling that it feels like something different when we touch there.
Finally the time came when I was not having any erections however only a few drops of transperant liquid would finally ooze out to signify the end of the masturbation process.
I was hesitant to see a doctor. However I did visit one. He told me that the enlargement of testes could be hydrocele and gave me medications. However he was u...Read the full article

This is not one of those medical topics that people talk that openly about but perhaps they should. It is called hypoactive sexual desire disorder or HSDD.
According to its medical definition, it is the lack of sexual desire or fantasies which causes the individual to be stressed enough to have personal or relationship issues as a result. HSDD is going to become a more widespread term over the next five years because a great deal of money is being spent on studying this phenomenon in women shortly before and after menopause.
This will be a good and bad thing. The good thing is that women will be included in the conversation in much the same way that sexual Health has been as a result of marketing medications for erectile dysfunction. The negative point is that in much the same way advertising for e-d drugs has made it embarrassing to watch television with the children over the past decade, the same could happen with HSDD.
Overall, we observed declines in all of the sexual function domains, ranging from an annual decrease of 0.03 point per year for sexual satisfaction to an annual decrease of 0.23 point per year in erectile function. Moderate correlations were observed among all longitudinal changes in sexual function (range in age-adjusted r(s) = 0.14-0.43); however, significantly smaller correlations between changes in the functional domains and changes in sexual satisfaction and problem assessment were observed among older men (range in age-adjusted r(s) = 0.03-0.29).
