YOU HAVE HAD A ROUGH TIME. HOWEVER, YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED AT HOW MANY MEN ARE
IN THE "SMALLER" SIZE DEPARTMENT. AND WHEN I WAS IN VIET NAM, SOME GUYS GOT THEIR
EQUIPMENT SHOT OFF OR BLOWN UP....THEN YOU GOT ZERO.

WHAT I WOULD DO....IS START WORKING OUT WITH WEIGHTS....ESPECIALLY LEG EXERCISES...
AND SPECIFICALLY SQUATS....THEY WILL DO MORE TO MAKE YOU MANLY THAN ANY OTHER
EXERCISE....THEY WORK. ALSO, TAKE WHEAT GERM OIL AND VITAMIN E AND B-COMPLEX VITAMINS
AND IF YOU ARE ABLE TO....TAKE DESSICATED LIVER PILLS....THE HORMONES WILL GET GOING..
GIVE IT A GOOD HONEST TRY......IT WILL WORK.....GOOD LUCK.

SINCERELY,
