Well….. Where do I begin, I’m about 2 yrs into a relationship that has had a lot of turbulance due to ED. I cannot make love to my wife or share any intimacy in the bedroom what so ever. I’ve gotten to the point that my ED is giving me performance axiety which in turn makes my wife believe that I don’t have any desire for her what so ever.
Anyway all I can say is that I’m trying new methods of reaching that pleasure. I’ve started a workout program and I’...Read the full article

Hey livingwith, have you consulted a doctor to make sure it's all psychological and not physical?

Working out does help alot too, especially with weights because you'll create more testosterone.

If you want an over the counter remedy that works, try Stamina-RX, first time I tried it I was amazed at the results!! I tore it up!!! :0) Just be a little careful with that product because the Yohimbe Extract in it raises your blood pressure. Start with one pill one hour before game-time and then try more if you need to.

I've taken as many as 5 pills with orange juice or Red Bull, I weigh 229lbs so that gives you an idea of how you could vary your dosage. Whenever I do more than 3 pills she's in for some serious hurtin.

Don't hate yourself or feel bad about this, focus on improving everything else in the relationship and the sex will fall into place.

PS - Also take 1500mg of L-Arginine each day, that's what I do. You can get both of these products from any GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, good luck.

No worries my friend...

I decided to admit to myself of ED when I was 26. I went to a local urologist and discussed my problems with the doctor. Initially, he was surprised with the idea that such a young person could be having problems. All tests indicated that I should have no problem performing, but when it came time to perform in the bedroom, well...we know how this story ends. After several visits with my urologist, he thought that all I needed was a boost of confidence. He gave me a few samples of Viagra and Levitra.

Let me tell you, if you haven't seen a professional...you really need to! After my doctor prescribed these medicines to me (in my opinion, Levitra is superior to Viagra), my life has turned around! Not only am I able to CONFIDENTLY hold a relationship with a wonderful woman, but these medications enable you to perform better than you would have ever imagined (perhaps even better than those who don't suffer from ED).

Don't let your fool you! ED may occur more with people in their 40s...but help is out there for us too!

I am happy to hear that someone else had the power to get help. My husband of only four years is suffering from Ed. He is quite a bit older than you but he is a very good looking man and was very popular with the women until we decided to get married and he settled down. Well we started having problems shortly after we got married with premature ejaculations, now he can't even get an erection and he won't talk about it. His doctor just agreed 3 days ago to give him Levitra, I am hoping that it will help as we haven't had sex in three years. However, I would like to say that sex is not everything, but it is an important part of a relationship. I am glad that you sought help. Maybe this is a turning point for my husband as well and maybe he will realize that I love him even if he can't be sexual with me. GOOD LUCK!
