I have had 3 penile prothesis implants due to ED, they all have malfuntioned, insurance companies will not pay for replacement or repair of these devices. My were from American Medical System. I paid 20,000 out of pocket due to my Urologist not verifying coverage, they told me they did. Please check all your options before choosing the implant. I was never informed of the malfunction possibilities, I found out when my insurance would not cover.
