Obesity is the abnormal health complications characterized by the excessive weight gain. The extra fats deposited in the body start putting the negative impact on the other body process. This is how obesity is caused. Excessive intake of the fats and carbohydrates results in excessive weight gain, which further on leads to the obesity. Lack of physical activity is another reason that contributes towards the occurrence of the obesity in men. Obesity is observed to be one of the most widely spread abnormal health conditions. Nearly 40% of the Americans suffer with this disease. Various other reasons like stress, depression sleep Apnoea, and tensions contribute indirectly towards the occurrence of the obesity. In some cases the obesity is noted to be hereditary. So, if your parents are obese then you have double chances of suffering with the obesity.
