48 years old, prostate removed in March 2006, radiation treatment in April and May of 2007. After the initial surgery I began to get partial erections naturally within a month. However, these became more infrequent and even the three common ED drugs did not help. I have tried Caverject with success but one bad stick and now I'm crooked and that really makes me reluctant to continue with injections. I have a pump and it works but is very painful to use. I am considering an implant but at my age I wonder how long these last? I understand that it is probably a one time deal and replacement down the road will not be possible.
Will an implant straighten my penis or will the scar tissue prevent successful surgery?
Does anyone else experience urine leakage with partial erections?
