ED at 26?

Post a new topicby harry123 on Sun Apr 12, 2009 10:08 pm

Hi ..,

I had a few extra beers a few weeks ago since then I havent had any erections during the day. I am really concerned about this. I have gone from 2-3 erections a day. To ZERO after binging.

Previously, I could have sex any time I wanted but since the last one week I havent had any erections at all.

Could it be because of the beer and alcohol? Have I got nerve damage?

Plz lemme know what to do. This is giving me a serious depression

Thanks Harry

consider repeating the experiment - with gluten-free beer.
seriously - gluten could be causing part of your problem.

check out the celiac.com board. Don't panic, this person does not have celiac, he's just gluten intolerant.
There's a post there about "won't be needing viagra for a long time" about a man who has better erections when he is not eating (or drinking) gluten.

There are also posters on that forum that link gluten to their symptoms of depression.

This actually makes sense if you read up on gluten and how it effects your body's handling of serotonin which is involved in ED and depression.

But you don't have to understand the biochemistry of it. You can get tested for gluten intolerance or you can try the Paleo or Primal diet. Good luck.
