help! Im getting crazy!!I am a foreign worker in israel and as a common play here, men and women of diffent nationalities come to meet each other, dating each other and to best end, have sex. I am single, just 30 years old and i have a girlfriend whom I like very much, even in bed, older than me by 4 years. We had been together for more than a couple of years and our relationship still remains to be admirable. In the past two years, our sex life at the same time was great that it happend twice to us in the weekend when we meet, we had sex for sraight of 24hours and I had my orgasm for eight times and her´s I cannot count. For a man like me, it´s a lot outstanding achievement I´ve had. Regetfully, I month ago, I started to notice a difference in my sexual performance that until now I am suffering, I´m not sure if I can call it ED but what I felt is most likely to be it. I am having partial erections that I know wont satisfy my partner and sometimes would end up into nothing. I am taking 400I.U. of vit A daily and 3-4 gms of L-arginine but it did not help me. I am also using a penis ring to at least maintain erection but it was good only on my first three trials. I sometimes consider using viagra or cialis but I cannot take one because it needs prescription. Now I felt Im lost in nowhere and left by my trend. Please, If somebdy could possibly help me, I dont want to lose my girlfriend! I dont want to be crazy thinking of these mess!!! Thanks!!
Re: help! Im getting crazy!!There are many reasons why you may be having trouble getting and maintaining an erection. It could be mental or physical. Too much stress can effect us. Also worries about anything, from financial to our jobs, to you name it. Sometimes worrying about not being able to get an erection in the past can perpetuate the problem by making us worry about our next erection. See a doctor, maybe a psycologist. Try a glass or two of wine, relax, don't try to force it.
One thing about viagra or cialis: these "wonder drugs" don't cause erections. They interfere with the enzyes that cause the erections to go away thus prolonging the erection. But you must be able to get an erection before they work.

Re: help! Im getting crazy!!Hi Julio!
Go see a doctor (urologist). Only a doctor can determine the cause of your problem and prescribe the right treatment. You'll have to go through a series of tests to see if there's nothing phisically wrong with you. PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are very effective. If you decide to take one of those, I suggest you try all three to see which one works best for you. My personal favorite is Cialis (I've been using it for a year with good results) but everyone is different and reactions vary. There is another ED drug called VIGAMED (oral phentolamine mesylate) that works in a different way: it promotes blood flow to the penis via the sympathetic system. It is also effective and safe (I only experienced some nasal congestion). VIGAMED is not available in the US but you can buy it on the Internet (without a prescription). Good luck and keep us posted!
