Sharp pain on left side and at base of penis=ED, first time

Post a new topicby heshi on Sat Feb 21, 2009 12:27 pm

I have been diagnosed with a reducible inguinal hernia on the right side. A couple of nights ago I had extreme pain on the left side shoot from the hip line to the place at the base of my penis. I saw a doctor this morning and he said the left side was not another hernia but wasn't sure what it was. He ordered blood tests. Since this morning I have tried to achieve an erection and have been unable to, this has never happened to me before. The pain that shot on the left side is still there, but not quite as harsh as the initial shot of pain. My penis becomes engorged but is unable to 'stand up'. Could the inguinal hernia be causing this?(although I haven't had that problem prior to the pain)...

What could this pain be that has caused this? I'm really scared. Thanks....
