Female Sexual Dysfunction

I had a pubovaginal sling and repari of my cystocoele done 7 weeks ago. Since then I have not been able to have an orgasm/ Ifeel it building but them its "dies". I have never had a problem before the surgery. Is this related to the surgery?

I have not heard of any permanent orgasmic dysfunction related to sling surgery, and suspect it is likely due to residual underlying discomfort that should pass. You can get additional advice by posting your question on our WomensHealthChannel for their experienced input.
