It is a common fact that premature ejaculation is the most common sexual problem among men. It has been estimated that two out of every three men ejaculate very quickly. Where as, women want it to last for at least 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of getting loving attention from a man. Including penetration time – with or without orgasm, women feel completely satisfied. Not only women, men also desire to last as long as they like as it makes them feel more powerful and masculine. If a man is able to ejaculate when a woman demands it, it makes him gain more respect from his partner and gain confidence over his sexual health and skills.

The good news for men here is that this is not a problem which is out of your control. The stamina you show in bed depends on how much effort you put into it. Remember that men are naturally designed to enjoy sex having control over the timings. You just have to tame yourself for it. Establishing stamina in yourself is possible only if you lead a healthy lifestyle.
First and the most important aspect of increase the stamina so that you could last as long as you like in bed are to do some cardiovascular exercises. That not only makes you more physically fit and look smarter, it also improves your stamina – in bed and in the outside world as well.

The second most important step to follow is healthy nutrition. Eating healthy and quitting habits like smoking and drinking will do you good regarding your stamina in bed. Some herbal sexual medicine and supplements are also available in the markets to help you in this regard.

Another tip to avoid premature ejaculation is to slow down when you are about to come. Pull yourself out of her and make it look as if you are trying to please her more. Calm yourself a little then go back to what you were doing till you think it’s the right time to let yourself go. Nothing is impossible I=n this world to achieve if you put your mind to it. Set your goals and start working on these tips to have better, healthier and more enjoyable sexual experiences.
