Is there anyways we ran out of sperm or it getting weaker if we having sex too much. I ussually having sex 4-5 times a week and masturbate myself everyday, I dunno if this effect the sperm quality to make baby or not? Anyone have any comments?

Frequent sex can reduce fertility in the short run. Thus, if you are trying to get a girl pregnant, then you should wait a few days then have sex during her most fertile period - about two weeks before her period.

Otherwise, it won't do any harm.
