No semen when I ejaculateI am 61 years old. I was circumsized three years ago because my foreskin would tear when I had an erection. Since that surgery, I rarely am able to get an erection and even then it is 'half hard'. When I feel like I have ejaculated, there is no fluid. I also have very little desire to have sexual relations. Prior to the surgery my sex life and desire was great.
Viagra doesn't work for me.
Re: No semen when I ejaculateI doubt the surgery had anything to do with it. Failure to produce fluid could be from something called "retrograde ejaculation" which is when the fluid goes backwards into the bladder instead of out the penis. Not dangerous, but it is sometimes disturbing. Also, after prostate surgery there may be very little fluid as the portion that came from the prostate may be lost.
Decreased sexual desire is most often due to low male hormone levels (testosterone), erectile dysfunction, or depression. At least, that's what the books say. Only a physician can tell you for sure.
