Yes, I am a 30 year old male with normally a 3 to 4 inch penis. I have normal erections but ejaculate early most times. In some cases it shrinks to about two inches. What is the cause of this small penis size in a man of my size. I am 6'5" and weigh about 250. I jave tried pumps and pills with no avail. What are some problems that could be causing this and what can I do?

I am unsure whether your size issue is genetic, due to body habitus, or perhaps still normal (3-4 inches erect is below average, however).
Seeing a urologists for an individual evaluation should get you the personal diagnosis and guidance you deserve.

As you have found, pumps and pills and exercises do not work. In case you are unaware, the average sized erection is just over 5". Studies that showed the average being over 6" are wrong, though they are still being touted today. I have spoken with a number of highly experienced women about this and they confirm the average is pretty close to 5". While 4" is below average, it is not excessively small and it is sufficient to physically please most women of small to average stature.

Premature ejaculation is not related to penis size. There are a lot of posts on that subject here you can search for.

If you are overweight, losing weight may help, as fat can hide significant penile length. I don't know what you mean about your penis shrinking - in a flacid state the penis can be quite small - typically 1/3, but sometimes less - of the erect size. A man with a 4" erection being 2" when flaccid would not be abnormal. If some cases when a man is nervous, the penis can really shrivel up and almost seem to go inside.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is really anything you can do to help your size. Surgery is a possibility, but it is risky and if the penis is already on the small side to start out with, gains is size will also be small. This is not surgery similiar to breast augmentation where a set of A's can be expanded to DD's, so there is no way a 4" erection can be transformed into probably anything more than 5", at most.

There is a product being anounced on the the TV called "Enzyte", that claims to increase the size of your penis by an average of 24% in 6 weeks. Is what they claim true? If so, how safe is it?
