while inercorse semen is flowing out from my penies,means wit hout any presure.but both of as are satisfyied in sex.after seconds seman is flowing out form vegina.is it a physical problam. last 3 months i am trying to get my wife pregenent.dr pls give your advise

It is normal for semen to leak out of the vagina following sex. If she is trying to get pregnant, then a good sexual position is with her on her back, her rear end arched high, when you ejaculate. Stay inside her for several minutes to help prevent the semen from leaking. She should keep her legs and rear elevated for another 10 or 15 minutes to help keep the semen from leaking out.

There is some evidence that the passage of semen from the vagina to the womb is aided if the man first ejaculates then the woman climaxes shortly thereafer. So, if you can manage to ejaculate just before she climaxes, this may aid in the process, though millions of women know that attaining a climax is hardly needed for reproduction.
