it's not surgery that your in need of. my suggestion to go see your GYN, and have he or she prescribe you some Estrogen cream to use down below , and that will help with the dryness and and tightness your having. another suggestion, would be to go to the book store and get yourself some books on sex after menopause. I think you will find them to be enlightened. Also a lot more foreplay and trying new positions that are more pleasurable for you is an idea you may want to try. Also the best suggestion I can give is for you to sit down with your hubby and both of you read up on the books I have suggested. Remember, that making love isn't just bout penetration, its a love that comes from with in the heart, be loving to each other, make love to each other without touching, go on a date, go out and dance, build up to touching, make love to him with your smile and your heart and if he will do the same all you have to do is use the estrogen cream, maybe a bit of KY jelly and then take your time, whats the rush? have him play with you, tell him what FEELS GOOD AND WHAT DOSENT! AND WHEN it comes to intercourse, please have him take it slow!!!! Nothing hurts a woman worse than a man who just wants to ram it in. for heaven sakes, do they want to love us or kill us down there??? I wish you luck,
