I have recently been told that I have fibromaylia [fibromyalgia] it was a name that I hadn’t heard before. I had had stress in the family ,and was under pressure at work, the pains in my neck were getting worse, but i still carried on. Just after Christmas I well and truly was exhausted, from then on the pains got worse. I couldn’t cope with it so my parents helped me to go privately.

Dear Tracy,
I was almost shed tear after i read your story. I have fibro for two years, herniated disk for 15 years, depression, anxiety. I almost lost my job ( my husband had heart attack and i have 2 kid 13 and 12 years old, and i am the bread winner). Due to understanding a little bit medical fiel and do a lot of reseach i do not take all the medicines as Dr. prescbried , i only take it if i really need it. Meanwhile, I follow Macrobiotic Eating for Health and Happiness and meditation. Please do more research on google above methods. It required you to have strong will. It really helps me, i hope it can help you too.
